I work with not-for-profits, mission-led organisations, social enterprises and small businesses, particularly those operating internationally or preparing for growth. Most of the teams I support either have no dedicated communications resource or need flexible, senior-level support around specific challenges or important moments.

I help organisations clarify their messaging, strengthen their web presence, prepare for launches and partnerships, and develop practical communications plans. This can include preparing for conferences and client discussions, building or refining websites, developing collateral, and supporting day-to-day communications delivery. Engagements range from short advisory consultations to hands-on implementation.

My work combines strategic thinking with practical delivery. I support founders, leaders and small teams through structured workshops, focused advisory, and fractional communications partnerships. Support can be ongoing, project-based, or as simple as a few hours to listen, assess and respond.
